Online Individual Therapy in Texas

A Personalized, One-on-One Approach

A place to work through what's weighing on you.

I specialize in working with adults dealing with anxiety, OCD, panic attacks, and trauma. I also help with burnout, chronic stress, and the patterns that make it hard to feel like yourself.

Sessions are 60 minutes, one on one, focused entirely on what you are working through and where you want to go. All sessions are held online via secure video, making it easy to access support from wherever you are in Texas.

Most clients start weekly so we can build momentum and get to know each other, then adjust frequency from there. Some move to biweekly or monthly as they make progress. Others prefer to stay weekly for ongoing support. We figure out what works for you as we go.

How long therapy lasts depends on what you are working through. Some clients have a lot to process and benefit from longer-term support. Others reach their goals more quickly. There is no set timeline. We work at a pace that makes sense for where you are.

A personal approach

When you work with me, you work with me directly. I'm a solo practitioner, which means I handle your scheduling, communication, and care personally. You'll always know who you're working with and can reach me directly with scheduling questions or concerns between sessions.

I keep my caseload intentionally small so I can be genuinely present and responsive to each client. Therapy works best when there's real continuity and trust, and that's something I take seriously.

My background includes over a decade in mental health and hospital settings, including work as a medical case manager. That experience means I understand the medical system, can help clients navigate complex health situations, and bring a practical, whole-person perspective to the therapeutic process. When appropriate, I also help clients identify community resources and support systems outside of therapy, because getting basic needs met is part of the healing process.

What to expect in your first session

In our first session, we'll spend time getting to know each other. I'll ask about what's brought you to therapy, your history, and what you're hoping for. You don't have to share everything at once. Together we'll start to build a picture of what's going on and begin setting some initial goals, though those goals often shift and evolve as we work together.

From the start, I focus on building rapport and making sure therapy feels like a space where you can actually be honest. I also like to introduce practical coping tools early on, like breathing techniques and grounding exercises, because I believe it helps to build a foundation of skills before we tackle deeper or more difficult experiences. You can read more about why these foundational skills matter in Anxiety Coping Strategies: Why the Basics Actually Work.

How I work

I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches tailored to what you need, including ERP, EMDR, Brainspotting, ACT, and mindfulness-based strategies. I also use behavioral activation to help you get moving again when anxiety or low energy has made life feel smaller, along with practical support for sleep and movement, since caring for your body is part of caring for your mind. Some clients come specifically for one of these approaches. Others aren't sure what they need yet, and we figure that out together.

Sessions balance practical tools with space to talk things through. Some days we'll practice skills or work on facing fears in small steps, and other days you may just need room to process. I'll explain the reasoning behind what we're doing, and we'll check in regularly on what's helping, so therapy stays focused on your goals.

Fees and Insurance

I'm in network with Aetna, BCBSTX, Sendero IdealCare (Marketplace plans only), Baylor Scott & White, TRICARE, and UnitedHealthcare. Insurance billing is handled directly through my practice for most plans. If you don't see your plan listed, private pay is available, and I can provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement.

I understand that cost can be a barrier to getting support. If you have concerns about fees, I encourage you to reach out, and we can talk through your options together.
