About Lindy Noll, LCSW
EMDR Certified · Brainspotting Trained · ERP Trained
You give so much to others. I’m here to help you give back to yourself.
I'm a licensed clinical social worker with over a decade of experience in mental health and healthcare settings, supporting helping professionals, caregivers, and individuals through anxiety, burnout, trauma, and some of life's most difficult transitions.
I specialize in working with people who give a lot of themselves, the ones who spend their days holding space for others while quietly struggling themselves. I know that asking for help can feel uncomfortable when you're the one who's always been the helper. I'm here to give you the same quality of care you give everyone else.
I believe therapy works best when it's collaborative, curious, and tailored to the whole person, not a one-size-fits-all process. Together we'll explore what's driving your patterns, what's getting in the way, and what meaningful change looks like for you specifically.
My approach integrates evidence-based methods with a trauma-informed, mind-body focus. This means we address not just what you're thinking and feeling, but how stress, anxiety, and past experiences live in your body, because for most helpers and caregivers, thinking your way through it isn't enough.
Depending on what you need, sessions may include processing difficult experiences, building a practical toolkit for when things get hard, developing sustainable habits around sleep and movement, or simply having a space to slow down and be heard.
My Approach
What it’s like to work with me?
Every session is shaped around what you need that day. Sometimes that's processing something difficult, sometimes it's building skills, and sometimes it's simply having space to think out loud without being judged or rushed.
Getting to know you: Exploring your history, goals, and what you want your life to feel like
Understanding your patterns: Uncovering links between past experiences and present challenges
Building your toolkit: Developing coping strategies and mindfulness skills for between sessions
Processing what's underneath: Using EMDR or Brainspotting to work through what feels stuck
Rebuilding sustainable habits: Incorporating sleep and movement into your overall treatment plan
My goal is a space where you feel genuinely heard, never judged, and supported to take the next steps at your own pace.
