You give so much to others. I’m here to help you give back to yourself.

About Lindy Noll, LCSW

Hi there!

I’m a licensed clinical social worker with extensive experience in healthcare and mental health settings. I’ve supported patients, clients, and family members through some of life’s most difficult challenges.

I’ve also had the privilege of working with teachers, therapists, and other professionals who give so much of themselves that they end up feeling anxious, burnt out, or disconnected from who they truly are.

My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that mental and physical health are connected. I integrate talk therapy with mind-body practices, such as mindfulness, EMDR, and exercise, so we can work with the whole person, not just the symptoms. I became certified as a personal trainer to support clients in using exercise as a healthy coping strategy and a way to restore balance.

I understand how anxiety and burnout can be challenging to work through because I have experienced them myself. When we work together, you'll get someone who truly understands your situation and has the tools ready to assist you in moving forward.

Therapy Approach

I believe therapy is a collaborative journey tailored to your unique needs and pace. Together, we’ll explore your experiences and challenges with compassion and curiosity, focusing on what’s most important to you.

My approach blends evidence-based talk therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), with mind-body techniques such as mindfulness, EMDR, and exercise. This integrated method helps address not only your thoughts and emotions but also how they show up in your body.

Whether you’re coping with anxiety, burnout, trauma, or life transitions, I work with you to build practical coping skills, shift unhelpful patterns, and reconnect with your inner strength. My goal is to support you in creating sustainable change so you can live with more balance, confidence, and peace.

I’m here to offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to take the next steps in your healing journey.

What it’s like to work with me?

  1. Get to know each other. I will take a detailed history related to your presenting problem. We will also work on establishing goals that will be used to track progress.

  2. Start feeling better one day at a time by building coping strategies and using mindfulness exercises to help build resilience.

  3. Build a more healthy and productive lifestyle. We’ll explore ways for you to reconnect with activities you love or try new things that bring joy and fulfillment.

  4. Uncover deeper connections between the past and present. Often, the feelings you experience today are linked to past events. We’ll gently explore these connections to better understand your story.

  5. Process painful experiences and move forward using EMDR or looking at it in a different way.

Every session is customized to fit your unique needs. Sometimes it’s a safe space to vent and be heard; other times, we’ll focus on shifting perspectives and building a practical toolkit of coping skills.
