You give so much to others. I’m here to help you give back to yourself.
About Lindy Noll, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker | EMDR Certified
Hi there!
I’m a licensed clinical social worker with over a decade of experience supporting individuals, families, and healthcare teams through anxiety, burnout, trauma, and life transitions. I’ve worked with people experiencing postpartum challenges, chronic illness, mental health crises, and complex medical conditions, helping them navigate some of life’s most difficult moments.
I work with people who give tirelessly to others and sometimes lose connection with their own strength and well-being. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, and practical space to reconnect with yourself, your strength, and your life.
My therapy approach integrates evidence-based talk therapies, EMDR, mindfulness, and exercise, allowing us to address both your thoughts and how stress, trauma, or anxiety manifests in your body.
You’ll get someone who understands what it feels like to be anxious, burnt out, and stuck, and who has the expertise to guide you forward.
My Approach
I I believe therapy is a collaborative journey tailored to your unique needs, goals, and pace. Together, we explore your experiences with compassion and curiosity, focusing on what matters most to you. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process. It’s about finding what works for you as an individual.
My approach integrates evidence based talk therapies with specialized techniques, allowing us to address not only your thoughts and emotions but also how stress, trauma, or anxiety shows up in your body. Each session is customized to your needs. Sometimes a safe space to process and be heard, other times focused on skill building, perspective shifting, or practical strategies to move forward.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, chronic illness, or life transitions, I work with you to:
Build practical coping strategies
Shift unhelpful patterns
Reconnect with your inner strength and values
Create sustainable change so you can live with more balance, confidence, and peace
