Hi, I’m Lindy

I’m a licensed therapist and long-time medical social worker who helps caregivers and helping professionals who feel overwhelmed, burnt out, and disconnected.

My approach blends mindfulness, EMDR, Brainspotting, and mind-body techniques to help you manage stress, heal from trauma, and feel more like yourself again. As a certified personal trainer, I also integrate gentle exercise and movement strategies to support both emotional and physical resilience.

Together, we’ll build coping skills, shift patterns that hold you back, and help you reconnect with your body, mind, and emotions.
